A leading international manufacturer of Compressors which needed to increase its market share requested The Penn Group to identify new geographical opportunities for its proven product portfolio. Through the understanding of international markets, India was identified as offering the most appropriate opportunity. In depth in country research identified all aspects of potential through, understanding channels to market, competitors, pricing, together with service, customer requirement alongside the economic environment and the evaluation of options to build the business to a profitable 20m within five years. The opportunity to source components within the market for use within its European manufacturing facility was also of significant benefit.
